WhatsApp is where Indian customers already are. For a business, the official API is the right way to reach them: your own verified number, templates Meta approves, and a team that can share one inbox.
But most platforms sit between you and Meta. Meta bills them; they bill you — with 15% to 26% added to every message, on top of a monthly fee that often climbs past ₹5,000 once you add a chatbot and AI.
NudgeBolt connects to your own Meta Business account instead. Meta bills you directly at its published rates. We charge a flat fee for the software — leads, broadcasts, flows, an AI assistant and a team inbox — and nothing else.

NudgeBolt was founded by Ankit Pandey, who has spent 18 years in digital marketing and runs Tripping Vibe Digital, a full-service digital marketing agency. The agency ran into the same problems its clients had: enquiries arriving at all hours, the same questions answered by hand, and WhatsApp bills nobody could explain.
